Arrow model prices and how prepaid API billing works.
API usage is deducted from your organization’s prepaid balance. Prices are USD per 1 million tokens and apply to every Responses and SVG operation.

Arrow 2 Telos costs 50% more than Arrow 2 and has a larger context window for complex SVGs. Compare model capabilities.
Example
A request with 10,000 input tokens and 2,000 output tokens costs $0.08 on Arrow 2 and $0.12 on Arrow 2 Telos.
- Cached input and cache writes are charged at their own rates instead of the input rate.
- Output includes reasoning tokens. Reasoning is not charged again.
- Each request in a Responses tool loop is charged on its own, so one final SVG can take several charges.
How billing works
- Prepaid balance: add funds in Billing. Billing shows the balance in credits. One credit is $0.01.
- Purchases and top-ups: the default minimum purchase is $10. You can turn on automatic top-up when your balance drops below a threshold.
- Expiration: purchased credits expire 1 year after purchase.
- Separate from App plans: App subscription credits cannot be spent through the API. See App plans.
Each billable request holds $1 of balance before it runs. When usage is confirmed, the API charges the actual cost and releases the rest. The hold is not a fee, an estimate, or a maximum. See Billing and limits.
If your balance cannot cover a request, the API returns 402 Payment Required before running it. See Errors and debugging.
Reading prices from the API
GET /v1/models returns current prices, model access and supported operations for your organization and API key.
